T3BOARD19: Stubaier Gletscher

Why we appreciate Your sponsoring?

The rate is really tightly calculated (we do not add anything to the rate we could negotiate), so we have some things not being paid by the registration fee:

  1. Internet/WiFi: As we experienced at T3BOARD16-EU, the internet-connections of hotels in the alpine/rural regions are getting tight if there arrive a couple of nerds, each bringing two or more WiFi-capable devices. Therefore we plan to bring our own routers and accesspoints for a better UX.
  2. Goodie-Bag with T-Shirt: Every event in the TYPO3-universe provides a goodiebag with a special dedicated T-Shirt. So we want to do.

The total amount of the expected sponsoring is not that much as we want to keep it small and simple. We calculate our needs with about € 1200,- in complete. Gold sponsors will get informed transparently, what their sponsoring was used for.

What's the revenue of Your sponsoring?

All sponsors get listed on our 'Sponsors' page with logo and backlink. Depending on what you sponsor, your logo will appear e.g. on contents of the goodie-bag etc. ...

One or two "gold sponsors" will get a place on the T-Shirt, one sponsor per sleeve.

Feel free to contact us via the form below or via the data on contact page, we will get back to you with more detailed information!

For sure you will receive an invoice with tax for your sponsoring!

T3BOARD19 Supporters

Supporting T3BOARD means spending (work)time, lending equipment or helping with the organisation of T3BOARD. Special thanks to our "Gold Sponsor" Bitmotion GmbH, who will not only take over the most of the sponsoring T3BOARD19, but will also help with the T-Shirt design!

There is a lot to do organizing such an event, who never did could maybe not imagine:

  • requesting offers which will fit our needs and financial "code of conduct" in a skiarea which will satisfy most wishes of our participants
  • disputing on the offers and
  • after a couple of reviews and redisputes select the best-fitting offer
  • building a website
  • collecting all important information and put it on the website
  • claim an official subdomain for the website
  • hosting the website
  • getting sponsors
  • filling the wiki at TYPO3.org
  • pushing information on various channels like twitter, slack and even some personal e-mails
  • speaking with the hotel about the special needs of our group (sessions in the evening and the like)
  • all the booking-stuff
  • design and production of T-Shirts
  • packaging of goodie-bags
  • coordination of equipment (if not, we would maybe have 7 presentation-screens but not a single beamer e.g.)
  • organization of the 'special evening' (sledging, ice-skating or the like, which means speaking with location, rent-a-sledge etc..., exploring the possibilities in the region)
  • ...

A big "THANK YOU" to everybody who helps to make T3BOARD a great event!
